[Crashing with trying to upload any type of file]

[Crashing with trying to upload any type of file]

When i click Upload and pick lets say Upload Image, Right when i click it, My Viewer crashes, I tryed with many viewers i get the same problem...
I do NOT have Skydrive and my Specs are...

Hello, I do not own a bank account yet, even though and 17, But all i got a is one of the refillable visa cards and i really want to upload meshes not to sell but just to use it for me. Anyway i can do that with out a bank account?
