[My avatar is closed !!! And i want to know the reason!!!]

I get an e-mail that my e-mail account was changed , and i didnt changed it .... after that i coudnt logg in , i create a case ....and they told me just right now that my avatar is closed  ???????????? why? how is closed? because of what is closed? thats unbelivable..... who will answer me WHY? so i lose my 3 years 6 months avatar just like that???? WHY?

[my account was stolen and banned , LL give it back but my e-mail is not in use so i can´t loggin]

LL have relaced my account back to me but for regain access i need to use the ¨Forgot your login information¨and create a new password but my e-mail do not exist anymore ... how i can get it back ? Thanx

Hola no puedo entrar en SL , en momento que carga el mundo derepente me sale mensaje que mi sesion se cerro inesperadamente y que revise mi conexion ... lo interesante es que con otro avatar si que entro y no hay ningun problema , del mismo visor del mismo PC...  y mi conexion esta bien .. que puedo hacer?Gracias

OK , so ... I log in normaly in SL , the viewer charged normaly... and thanI`m in only for a second ,and later came the message that I must exit because of internet conexion or problems with the region ... i changed the region , my conexion is OK i make new acount and have not eny problem with conexion or region , but I want my acount ...and no way to enter with my acount... Sorry for my english if somebody don`t understand ...
