Ive looked all over and found not real 100% information on the sim capping issue with this function.

 

My question is since attachments can 'hear' lsl using llRegionSayTo does that count towards the limit if you are NOT using channel 0?

Maybe they gathered a 'census' of the grid and use that info as their database.
