Can't get viewer 3.0 to work (mac)

I am currently have all of the same problems as you guys. Do you know where i can find the older version of the viewer?
My SL Viewer is not working on my mac? My system keeps saying SL Viewer is "not responding."

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling mutiple times. any support?
