[Why wont my card load $L? Can't login info or upload $L. I need materials for building. PLS Help.]

Hello

My name is markeysha resident I am a builder on Second Life. For about two weeks I can not upload $L. I tried removing the card info and putting it back on marketplace, but to my conclusion it refuses to receive any of my info. What should I do?

 

If possible could Linden Lab rest my marketplace?

Yesterday I tried to upload and to my conclusion it didn't work. I took the card off marketplace and tried to reinstall. Yet in still it didn't work. This is the Error message I keep receiving.

[Uh....Problems Connecting?]

I believe that I had hit the internet key on my computer. Then it load me off. I tried to get back on then it said I was not connected to the internet.
