[what heppend? i didn't get any L$ when i exchange L$ with my credit card. my card already paid]

 usually i exchanged L$ with no problem. but i exchanged L$ used my credit card at last night ( korea of time) i didn't get any L$. if you can help me. what happend  with my L$??, i called company of credit card, they told me already my card paid. i want get my L$, if you can't who can help me for this problem? please answer to me. thank you
