[How to get really small land at the cheap rate?]

I want to establish my merchant shop on very small parcel land. Do you know where can I get it at cheap rates? As I'm new in this business, so I have less amount.

[About Mesh]

I'm new as a merchant in Second Life and I'm not clear with the concept of Mesh objects. I also don't know what to fill as a percentage of mesh (when we fill information in product listing window, it includes mesh percentage (1. No mesh, 100% mesh, etc. ) when I list my product.
