[my friends account has been placed on administrative hold... what can be done to help her]

My friends accout was hacked a few weeks ago and now it has been placed on administrative hold. The first time it was hacked she was able to go in and change her password. Now it is saying that LL has it on hold. she cant do anything right now as she cant even log onto her SL account to report this. Is there someone that can help us with this Major issue?

 

[why do I keep getting the message name can only contain letters and numbers]

I am trying to create a new avi for my account and I keep getting the message that states "names can only contain letter and numbers" the name I want to use doesn't have any numbers in it. Is there a limit as to how long the name can be?
