[unable to save shape to central asset store error message]

I have been trying to edit my shape now for weeks and keep getting the error "unable to save shape to central asset store".

A few times it has allowed me to save, but when I try to wear the shape later, it says that it "failed to find body part in database" and the shape won't load.  

I use Firestorm viewer and they told me this is a Linden Lab issue.  

Can anyone help?
