[why cant i add my payment info]

ok....my payment info is in the system..........but it wont let me add it to the buy L$ in world option or the buy it on the website option.....what do i do???

[i log in and its jus a blue screen.......and it wont let me teleport anywhere else...wat do i do?]

ok when i log into sl.......im using phoenix viewer.......but up until yesterday it was workin fine............but now when it gets to contacting the region it freezes, but then after a bit its ok and sends me through, but when i get in im stuck in the ocean and cant move or teleport anywhere......but when i do long in....i still cant teleport and do anything, please someone help me
