    Hi guys, I've full regions for full transfer. My transfers are normally done within 24 hours. I'm paying the transfer fees too.

    Due dates / Price
    5th = 200usd
    6th, 7th = 225usd
    11th, 13th = 300usd
    14th, 15th = 325usd
    19th, 20th, 20th = 400usd

    A huge 10% off monthly tiers if you prerfer renting.

    We also can do rent to buy where the sim is transfered to you after a set time.  i.e 6 months.

    'Rent to Buy' - Own Your Region

    Hello Guys

    This is One Stop Sim Shop's 'Rent to Buy' scheme.  

    If you think that owning your own full region or homestead is only a dream that will never happen then think again.  We have come up with an original idea that will allow you to own a region in your own right.  This is called 'Rent to Buy' .

    How Does It Work? - In order to become the Estate Owner of your region, you agree to pay One Stop Sim Shop the weekly tier which is set out below.  When the final payment has been made to us then the region will be signed over to you free of charge.  You will then be responsible for the monthly fees payable directly to Linden Labs.

    You will be granted Estate Manager Rights to your region as soon as you enter into the 'Rent to Buy' agreement which gives you full rights over your region.


    Full Region Tiers

    25,999L$ per week for 12 weeks

    22,999L$ per week for 24 weeks

    20,999L$ per week for 36 weeks

    19,999L$ per week for 48 weeks


    Homestead Tiers

    11,999L$ per week for 12 weeks

    9,999L$ per week for 24 weeks

    Hi

    We are selling a full 15000 prim region on or after the 13th.  The due date is the 13th so it comes a full month tier.  The sim comes empty or with residents who pay 45000L$ towards the monthly tier.  Any questions please don't hesitate to ask Ladysmack Gears or Trixie Farrior.
