[Media, tv does now show arrow]

I have a VEA home 2 set. It shows all qt and flash content fine, EXCEPT for the dvd movies which, I found out, show an arrow to click in center of screen. I do not see this arrow. I have consulted the tv creator. It stumps her, too. I have the same problem with another tv system, Damani. I just don't see that arrow. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I see that arrow fine on the web for video/movie content.  I have done a clean reinstall of SL, Firestorm, checked for dupes of Flash, cleared caches .. etc etc. Thanks ever so. nvidia 9100 series graphics ..
