Can I move to a Linden home of my choice if I see it empty and I have Premuim Membership?

I had a Linden Home from before but I was wondering since I started up my account again if its possible to get a new Linden Home to replace the old one?

Oh and if I can ask you another question I dont see any L $ when do I get that?

Ok I bought the Premium acct(Yearly) then downgraded it a few hours later over frustration,, do I still get my yearly benefits has a Premium buyer for the year? If not can you please give me a simple step to undo it?? Signed a Fowl/Foul RoosterNZ
