[Can't run Viewer at all!!]

I'm sorry, i just started to try this.

don't know what happened.

downloaded it, tried to start it.

and nothing happened.

I saw that it opened up in the task manager, but it closed soon after.

 

I tried downloading the beta viewer, still didn't work...

somebody help please?
