When I get a box of free items how do I unbox them?

Any reason why a couple of weeks ago I've been restricted to only the area called Catspatz and I can't go to other areas? I shouldn't be treated like this, I need to go outside the area to do shopping, travelling etc. I'm adult rated for goodness sake!

I'm age verified but can't get mature option, preferences only show general or general and mature in option drop down box
