[Can I change my RESIDENT surname to another one?]

I have a vague memory that I read that could change my RESIDENT surname to another one of my choice. Not my display name, my account name. However, I can not find anything to tell me how to do this.

Do I have a false memory? Or are my serach powers pretty rubbish?

More importantly, if I can change my account surname from RESIDENT, could you please advise me how to do so?

[Getting a Linden home - problem with account details]

My credit card expired and I missed the renewal date for paying my annaul membership fee.

I have now updated my details and my account is in good order.

However, when I tried to get a Linden Home recently, I got a message saying my "account is past-due, or that I have outdated/no billing info".

My account is now fully paid, and my billing info has also been updated.

Anyone know where I go from here?
