[Firestorm stuck/crashing at "Initializing Texture Cache"]

Everything was working fine until yesterday when I tried to log in. I don't know what went wrong, but suddenly I can't log into Firestorm 64-bit. The 32 bit however runs just fine. So, I've deleted chat logs, cleared cache's, done clean installs, updated drivers. I still don't know where I went wrong, but I'm at the point where I need help and am unsure what to do. PC specs below.

[How do I turn off the voice animation when I speak on voice chat?]

When I speak on voice chat, my avatar's arms fly through the air while I talk. is there anyway I can stop that from happening. I use firestorm and I love it so far. Please help me!
