[Dmca against vests made in secondlife]

Hi I was wondering if we would get in trouble for wearing a vest we bought in secondlife that now has a dmca against it. What are the rules about that? Can anyone help?

I am posting this on behalf of my hubby , he says the secondlife dsn server is not responding. He lives in AZ and Im in TX and i can get online but he can't. Does anyone know when this is going to be resolved??
