[HELP! How do I fix this? (Hair making certain things see-through)]

Help! I'm having trouble with this and I don't know what it is called or what causes it, and I just want to fix it! (Picture below) Please help me if you can! What happens is my hair causes certain objects in world to become see through. Please help me!

Okay, so I noticed in my viewer that certain meshes don't rez for me at a certain distance. I can understand if I was further away. But sometimes I'm only a few meters away from the objects. What makes this more unsettling for me is that objects around the unrezzed mesh are rezzed correctly. It's a small technical issue, but it bothers me. Is this issue even fixable? if so, how do I do so? Photo of example below.

It's more noticeable on the Autumn cart. Those orange triangles are suppose to be pumpkins.

[Non-International Card using still having issues]

I live in the US but I am still having problems submitting my debit card in. The maintenance report says it happens to International card holders.  Why am I having this problem?

[Increasing Exchange rate amount, is it frowned upon?]

I just bought 10,560L for $5.00. with the limited buy.I increased the exchange rate to a high number. It's gonna take me 11 days until the order is delivered. but I cant help but feel like i'm doing something wrong. Is this wrong? If so, I will cancel it. I don't want to get in trouble. Please let me know.
