[Custom Avi(Questions)]

Hello There,
Im writing this post for the reason of a Custom Avi as you can tell by my title.
Im still getting the hang of the game but ive gotten to the point where I want to make the Avi
my own. I was wondering how much and if anyone would be able to make my avi.
Based on this picture(closest thing i can find to my RL appearance):

The avi is a guy but i guess the body itself makes it somewhat girlish but hey thats what i look like *shrugs*
Wondering how much and if anyone can creat the avi with hair(But in black), the skin and a small size.
