[Won't download avatar]

My avatar will not downlad. I have tried ampting my cache, taking off clothes, skin , hair and replacing it. I have uninstalled SL I have teleported to water (Aqua). This is beyond fristrating. It was working fine all day. Then i went to log back on and only a cloud! PLEASE  HELP!

[Cannot teleport]

I am very new and I am now stuck in a destination where no one speaks English and I am not able to teleport anywhere. The destinations button js not available. This is getting old and aggravating. Please help.
