[My control panel of my house don't work right.]

when i open the Control Panel, the link of internet page charged tell me: "Whoops! There are an error in processing your selection or the house is not responding. Please click again on the house control panel inworld or try again later."

default is high quality..i set to low quality and viewer reset to high

i set some preference and i save it with OK button and this are activated

but if i close the viewer..when i restart this the settings is again default

and before i login appear this message

ha intalled this viewer and i have a problem with preference

i set the preference and i click OK but when i restart the viever i see this mezzage before login

and when i login i find the preference reset to default..also if i change only the color of chat text

 

where is my problem? can uresolv this?

or how i contact linden lab to resorv this problem with the viewer?
