    The fact that you posted here means that you do in fact have a viable internet connection, so that is not the problem. your Firewall may be in issue  but also you stated you have tried many viewers, none of which are working.  this being said, disable your firewall for the time being, delete  ALL viewers completely, including caches and Appdata, and do a clean reinstall of 1 viewer only.  if you have remnants of older versions of some viewers on your computer  get rid of that as well.  once you have logged on successfully, re enable your firewall and if you get a firewall warning ,allow that viewer and SLvoice etc  as a allowed application(s) then go to preferences  and do a backup incase you need to reinstall your settings at a later time

    you can try to do a character test reset, and basically "ruth" yourself  back to when you first started SL, and then rebuild your avatar,... in the meantime i would do a abuse report on that individual for griefing you and ask the lindens to do a avatar reset in the event that a character test reset does not work.

     

    go to the Develop menu in your viewer, then avatar, character test, > test male

    How do you set up Direct Delivery with firestorm?

    direct delivery is automatic in the viewer...within your inventory you should now see a direct delvery section below the regular inventory listings in firestorm.  to set up direct delivery as a merchant, you  to have a marketplace account and store and edit your inventory accordingly for direct delivery. if you have inventory in your marketplace account that is still  associated with the magic box delivery system, you will have to migrate that inventory over manually by re uploading  while in world.  if you look in your toolbar under Avatar ..you will see marketplace outbox ...drag your magic box inventory items that are in your firestorm inventory to the marketplace outbox and it will upload them onto the direct delivery system , then edit the listings accordingly.. oh yeah..1 more thing.. to get the merchant outbox  make sure you have the latest firestorm version (4.0)

    Log into Second Life, then follow these steps in the Viewer to set your maturity preferences:

    1. Choose Me > Preferences (or Ctrl-P) and click the General tab.
    2. Choose General, Moderate, Adult from the I want to access content rated: dropdown menu.

    3. Click OK.
    Congratulations! You may now visit any publically accessible land in Second Life, regardless of its maturity rating.

    Getting Payment Information on File

    Landowners may also restrict access to their land to those with payment information on file with Linden Lab. If you have purchased Linden dollars (L$) or bought something on the Marketplace, you already have payment information on file.  

    If you do not currently have payment information on file, or if you are unsure:

    1. Log in to your Account page on the Second Life website.
    2. Select Billing Information under the Account section on the left side of the page.
    3. Select Update Credit Card Info or Continue to PayPal.
    4. Enter either a credit card number or a verified PayPal account.
