[How do I put something on the marketplace to sell it? I made a store now to put stuff in it :)]

I have figured out how to make a store but don't know how to put anything in it, Can anyone give me step by step directions?

[Cannot get region handshake, wont let me log in!]

Whenever i try to log in it takes me to waiting for region handshake and then freezes.  Then i get the message that I cannot connect and to check my internet which is always fine.  I've been told to check my firewall and it's not that, i've turned it completely off and cant connect.  Rebooted my router which worked once and hasnt worked since,  What can I do!!?
