[I have problem with linden.. help me!]

Hello, i put linden in my account but for misspelling ( i wrote peppespiress instead Peppe Spires) linden were sent another avatar.. i contacted eldexchange and they confirmed and give me transation.. please help me!

Hello, i put Linden Dollars in my account but i misspelled the avatar's name.. instead of writing Peppe Spires, i wrote peppespires and so my lindens have been given the wrong avatar.. please help me!
