[i clicked the Second Life Viewer but it doesn't come up :(]

I'm having the same problem with windows version. I downloaded v2 and it makes the loading mouse but nothing happens. Same thing happened with the beta viewer. I havn't tried thrid-party viewers and I'm about to. I know this isn't an answer but I didn't just want whoever was smart enough to answer this to only solve the mac problem.
