Out of a guess, it may mean you have a poor connection. Reset your router and try again.

I have had the same problem. It seems as though it may be your settings. I suggest you restart your computer, Check your Router/Connection for any flaw's and try again. It also could be your graphics, I haven't seen problem with downloading new update without a good graphics card. It may be that also, if the following above doesn't work please go to the link below and create a support ticket.

Yes, I believe the problem is. You have a maximum of Linden you can buy, the reason is. We don't want you buying say, 300,000 linden and expecting to cash in $30,000. They have a Max. of Linden you can buy each Week/Month.
