Hello, I've been trying to log in to SL for the last couple of days now after installing for the first time and when I do I get the same error message "despite our best efforts" etc etc I've tried uninstalling completely and re-downloading and have also tried installing the 2.8.0 viewer however no such luck. I'm on a macbook pro and I definately have a working internet connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
