[What can u do if your items not been delivered?]

About twenty minute ago I put in my order on the marketplace, my items still haven't  been deliered. What can be done about this problem?

[I bought an outfit from the marketplace, place my order and paid for it but didn't recieved my order]

 So how do I get wht I paid for or my Ls back and also they are double chanrging for order that u place in.
