My computer is far from old.

However, I will try your suggestion to use an older version. Any idea's where I may find one?

I haven't used SL in a long time (maybe a year or so?) - so when I went to play it today it told me I needed to update. No problem, I updated. But there is a problem, because now it keeps saying it failed to inialize.

Is it worth me uninstalling and reinstalling everything again, or will I lose all my settings?
