[I just upgraded to premium membership, want a 2 storey house NOT a single level, can I change this?]

Hi,

Is there anyway I can change the house I've chosen upon premium upgrade, it is not what I wanted.

I want a 2 storey domain dwelling. Then I tried to switch it in settings and it wouldn't work?　It would

change all the textures, and roofing but it wouldn't add a 2nd floor to the house?　PLEASE CHANGE
ME　TO　A　SECOND　FLOORING　UNIT INSTEAD　ONE!　Thank you.
