[my outfits wont save, is something going on?]

  my outfits wont save, they  say there's no items in this outfit. im using viewer 2. is there a bug? I have tried reinstalling numerous times and the issue still arises. i am wearing all the items i want but it wont save like it use too.

i bought premium, recieve the email link to my house, and teleported to the location. the thing is, the house is not the one i chose nor does it have the name i picked. on top of that its filled with someone elses things. what is going on? where is my house?
