[how do you update a Video Card Driver?]

Everytime i try opening SL it says my Video Card Driver is either out of date or isn't working.

Please give step by stpe instructions on what to do.

I have  Windows Vista

No i don't know what kind of Graphics card i have...how do i figure that out?

[I've tried downloading second life on my laptop but it won't work.]

 

okay I set up an account and what not but it won't let me download it.
Overtime its like a few seconds away from being finished this thing pops up and says:
Sorry we can't download Second life.
Try checking your network connection, then run Second Life setup again.

And my internet is perfect and everything.

 

How do i add SL as a trusted site?

 

My Anti-Virus is AVG and my operating system is Windows..is that what you needed to know?

 

oh i have a Windows VISTA

 

okay now its telling me something about a video card driver. its either out of date or isn't working
