Im using Phoenix, How do I do Stored inventory?

how do I make a Second Inventory? my old account when I login the avatar and the background wil not show up or the background will but I stay in cloud form,

I was wondering if there is a way to copy my inventory from a old account to a new account? Becasue I like all the items in my old account inventory and I want my New account to have it too.
