[Firestorm will not start. It keeps logging out. Screen goes to gray.]

I never had  trouble  logging in  till now. Firestorm wil not start.  I log in  it starts up fine  then when it is about to go into  world  it logs out. Screen goes  to grey.  Why is that.  Please  help. Thank you

[SL will not load my avatar]

My avatar does not show.   Uninstalled SL and reinstalled it and still no avatar.   When I logged in everything is fine..Except the avatar is gone.   All that shows instead of the avatar is a white egg shape glow.  I tried teleporting thinking it would help and it didn't.  Please help me. Miss playing.   I have a Windows 7 Laptop .....4G .    Please response ASAP .
