[cloud when i sign in. I can't add articles as it says it is still loading articles- never finishes]

I went to SL Help Center - 2 individuals tried to fix - nothing worked. One said interference between 3 Viewers so eliminated the 2 SL viewers and use Phoenix only - didn;'t fix problem. The other had me try Advance/character/female test and many other test but nothing works
