[Cant load SL at all while checking to load it freezes at INITIALIZING VFS can you help]

cant load SL at all freezes when INITIALIZING VFS is displayed must restart computer to exit  VFS, all other internet works just not SL

[I cant log into SL error message says I cant log into SL from this computer, it is the same computer]
