[Need help, i had purchased 8 items from marketplace but not recieve in world]

i had purchased 8 items from the market place but not recieve in world, even i did look in order history said it was been delivered, and also got email that came offer inventory and when login it doesn't in my inventory...and it took off my money..omg!
