I am wondering if i purchase to the upgrade premium account, if my partner is not a member can he join me in where i live etc

[how do you allow hosts to post in events if you live on the land]

my partner and i own a sim we live on this sim, above in the sky we also own a club how do we allow our hosts who work for us to post in events. Thank you
