[having trouble to connect to sl]

hello , last two days i try to connect to sl. but cant connect to server.

I click on second life viewer 2,

i see the box   #detecting hardware#

then #initializing texthre cashe#

and then #initializing vfs#

 and then stuck.

I reinstall sl but i have the same problem.

 

Does anyone knows hoa can i solve it?

Is there any posibility to be a laptop problem?
