Hello, last week I bought the premium service, only three days later did not like the service and asked for cancellation. The clerk made the cancellation of the premium, but the problem is that last week I received my card mastercard account and came charging one thing that I canceled and they said they would not charging anything. Ok, but if it was canceled only a renewal, so why not get them until now L $ 300 that I receive every Tuesday? In my account is saying I'm free. That is all the privileges were taken away from premium, and I paid for 3 months.
