Does anyone know the bug on the MP where it shows a listing on your store that's not supposed to be listed?

And if so, any idea how to fix it?

Like on Phoenix I could use it. But on firestorm I can't even see the chain when I leash to someone on the RLV collars. But then someone else on Firestorm could see the chain. How do I fix this? And how do I use the RLV commands on firestorm?
