After getting a secondife home I need to set the restrictions I don't know how or where to begin.Can someone help Please

[WHy may SL program won't run.Even after reloading the program]

I tried to run SL the next day. After it ran perfect the day before And it got to vfs and crashed.I don't know what went wrong can you help
