    Send that picture to Truth Hawks and ask him if it is his.  It looks to me like one of his older ones which he seems to pull from the store so you would not find it.  But if you ask him, he may still have it around.

    If a creator is buying meshes or templates to make the clothes for you, they can not transfer them to you.  They can sell them in your store but they can not give them to you to sell in your store.  Also, you can not buy meshes and give them to someone to make for you.  This means, the entire expense of uploads, buying the clothes templates/meshes, making all of the textures for the clothes, boxing, and everything that is involved in that, including making the box art, I am assuming would fall on the person you would like to have basically do all of your work for you.  Yes, advertising does take time but it does not take money and is sure as heck does not take 60% of the funds to do.  I have several businesses in SL which i have had for years so I speak from experience.  Note cards and group joining and word of mouth cost nothing.  If you offered someone 40% of profits after the cost of their meshes and templates and uploads were taken out first (meaning you don't take a cent until the cost of making the item is given back)....then maybe you might have a biter for this venture.  But I would personally stay FAR AWAY from any deal like what you have stated above.  I think what this shows is the lack of knowlege you have about making clothes in second life and the time and effort that goes into it.  I am not trying to belittle you but you really need to do some more homework before you try to get a clothing maker to join you and hopefully anyone reading this thread will think long and hard before accepting the above offer.

    There are 4 parcels of land.  Each is 4096 sq m with 937 prims.  The price for each parcel is 1313/122k.  Two parcels are side by side making the land 8092 sq m.  There are two more parcels on the sim also that are connected.  If you need a lot of prims, you may want to consider getting all 4 parcels since you can share prims on the same sim.  Use 2 parcles to turn to water and use the others for land.  Or use two for a business and the other two for your home.  So many possibilities on this residential/commercial land.  Have a look!  The land speaks for itself.  Great neighbors and a nice sim.

The sim recently underwent a complete renovation and we are currently seeking original content, fashion designers whose designs we feel would benefit the sim. If you are a designer who creates your own products (Legally sourced templates and full perm parts are allowed as long as you alter them to make them your own!), then we would welcome you to apply for a spot on the Flawless sim.     What can Flawless do for you? We are a shopping sim with an excellent reputation and a nice stream of steady customers. We offer events on the sim every other month which generally bring a good amount of extra traffic. Also, Flawless is home to the Designer Showcase, a monthly event which brings a great number of designer fashions under one roof where items are offered at a discount. This is a very popular event and one that helps to bring new traffic to the sim, constantly.

    The sim is currently home to 5 main stores and we hope to add an additional 1-3 more main stores on the sim. The more main stores there are, the more traffic the sim has so anyone wanting a main store will have priority over others who apply. All stores on the sim are permitted to release information pertaining to your Flawless store through the sim's subscribomatic which currently has over 1000 members. Just simply give your notecard to Kira Paderborn when you are ready to make your announcement. There is also no main landing point on the sim. Every store has its own landing point. (Your store will also be made available through a teleport board.) There are some great places on the sim for hanging out and we have bikes available for customers to drive around on and have fun.

    Main stores will also enjoy the following perks:
    1) Your parcel can be sold to you so that you can advertise in 
    the classifieds and rename your parcel as well as add your own
    personal description.
    2) You will have direct access to the subscribomatic to use when 
    you need to

    the sim events that occur every other month. 
    4) Main store owners are encouraged to hold events of their 
    own on the sim. If you have an idea of something you would

    What exactly is expected of you on the Flawless Sim?

    1) We expect that you will frequently update your store with items that are current in
    your main store. Also, at least once a month, you are required to offer an item that 
    is unique to the Flawless sim. This is an exclusive item that you will only be selling 
    on Flawless for the month. After the month is over, you can sell it in any of your
    other stores. These exclusive and unique items should be clearly marked and 
    placed in your store at the beginning of each month (no later than the 5th of the
    month) and shall remain in place until the last day of the month. In addition, this
    item must be representative of your store and you must advertise this item to your
    groups and subscribers. (Your first item should be in your store on or before the 5th
    of the month following your rental month. So if you rent on October 1 or October 28,
    your exclusive will not be due until November 5.)


    2) On the 6th of each month, a submission card must be turned in. This will have the
    information about your exclusive item on it. I will then combine all the information
    onto one note card and release it to the members of my sim group and my 
    subscribo.


    3) No shouting items or welcome greeters are allowed in your stores and no floating
    text is permitted. Besides your vendors, there should be no other scripted items in
    your store unless it has been approved by Kira Paderborn. If these items are 
    seen/heard, they will be returned immediately.


    4) All items need to remain in your store. Please do not place anything on the outside of
    the buildings.

    FIRST, THE SHORT VERSION: We are a great sim with awesome stores including 5 main stores and the Designer Showcase.  We have regular events (real events, not club junk) and other perks.  We help each other to grow and to get sales and we do not have drama.  If you want a main store on a sim that sounds like that, then please fill out the application below. I will say this....the stores that you see when you arrive on the sim can be rebuilt to suit your needs.  So please don't get stuck on the shape of them.  :D  Now if you want the longer version, please keep reading.

    The sim is currently home to 5 main stores and we hope to add an additional 1-3 more main stores on the sim. The more main stores there are, the more traffic the sim has so anyone wanting a main store will have priority over others who apply. All stores on the sim are permitted to release information pertaining to your Flawless store through the sim's subscribomatic which currently has over 1000 members. Just simply give your notecard to Kira Paderborn when you are ready to make your announcement. There is also no main landing point on the sim. Every store has its own landing point. There are some great places on the sim for hanging out and we have bikes available for customers to drive around on and have fun.

    the classifieds and rename your parcel as well as add your own
    personal description.

    Our goal at Flawless is to make everyone feel welcome and to provide customer service above what is expected. The sim recently underwent a complete renovation and we are currently seeking original content, fashion designers whose designs we feel would benefit the sim. If you are a designer who creates your own products (Legally sourced templates and full perm parts are allowed as long as you make them your own!), then we would welcome you to apply for a spot on the Flawless sim. (Please read everything but the link for the application is at the bottom of the page.)

    250 prims - 1750L/week
    300 prims - 2100L/week
    500 prims (reserved for a main store) - 3000/week

    Rent is due weekly before the time runs out. If you miss the payment date, you will have to pay two weeks at a time because the way the boxes are set up, you have to pay for the current week plus the next week if you go over. You can pay up to eight weeks at a time.
