Having problems updating my creditcard info. in Account Posted June 6, 2011 I'm having problems updating my creditcard info. Not sure what to try next.. Not really sure what details I can give. Other than I've gone thru this once before. Everytime I try to update it I get this message:Sorry, your payment failed. Please try another payment method.

I'm having problems updating my creditcard info. Not sure what to try next..
