[I have a premium account, with a SL "house". If I abandon it, can I have land of 1052 without extra]

I have a premium account with SL and of course i have the SL house. I have heard that if I abandon the free SL house then i could have a larger plot of 1024 some place else without any extra land teirs or fees.  Is this true?

[I am a ghost in SL... any suggestions]

I have rescently started seeing myself as a ghost in SL... i can see everything else fine  just not myself. any suggestions?

 

UPDATE:

i actually found out the reason, and it wasnt a loading problem or lag  some how some way my skin/shape had been moved/erased so that i have no form to take. once i change my skin i came back to normal.
