I am having a dispute with a friend about a conversation from yesterday---is there a way to access that conversation from yesterday or any previous days?

I cannot seem to get my intan post or ball to respond.  my other avatars have no problems and other Intan balls and posts in other places work fine

are they somehow blocked and if so how do I unblock?
