The easiest  way is just wearing something else it  will replace and send   the out old  fit  back into your inventory , but if  you wish to  take off  all just click on your avatar and  then on  take off  and then  rove  what ever you  wish .It can  also be removed  from out the inventory in the   worn  tab

That is a  gesture. You can create  a gesture buy going to  your inventory and then  clicking on NEW  and then  gesture. there  you type  what ever you  want to  say and simply  use the  gesture  when needed
