ok I was having same issue. I deleted my merchant outbox folder and everything inside using pheonix viewer and cleared all cache & shut it down. Had tried it before without deleting the folder. Next I opened SL viewer (Also cleared cache earlier) amd bom it worked this time. Good Luck this whole system is a pain in the butt!

I am not trying to spam - I am renting 1/4 of Awesome Isle. It is divided into 4 equal pieces and I would love to find 3 friendly people to share the island with. The price is 15K per month with 3750 prims each.

This land has been a popular womens clothing store for 5 years (Awesome Designs)
I would love to rent to other store owners. I'd like to keep it PG or Mature. Friendly neighbors is very important. We get a bit of women shoppers all day long. I have to get three renters in the next couple of days or just let my land go because my island fees are due again.
The land is cleared and ready for immediate use!

Merchant Outbox, Do I Use It Or Wait Till I Have To??

I am one of the people that has been unable to use the merchant outbox for 3 months. I have been trying all sorts of things to get it to work but it always is initializing! There is a JIRA with tons of people having trouble. Just be careful - my 1K items are all jacked up now.
