Wow so it’s not really a benefit if you can do the math.  If the homestead cost and setup was included as part of the membership, then it would be a perk for all that extra money you are throwing away.

If you are a Prem+ Account Holder and want a Homestead, do you have to pay the 250$ Prem+ dues AND the homestead pricing and setup fees?

Pricing for Homesteads is as follows:

• Setup fee of $149
• Monthly fee of $109 

Or is the 250$ p/year dues cover the homestead setup and monthly fees?
